Head Chef, James Thurlow and his team create the restaurant menu. We choose dishes that appeal to a broad audience, look great on the plate and taste amazing.
We use high quality ingredients from great local suppliers. Our meat is from local butcher Strattons. In Leighton Buzzard they are known for providing good quality meat. Strattons have been trading for over 65 years so they have great knowledge about their producers and sources.
Our restaurant caters for vegetarians, vegans and any specific dietary requirements. We are often asked to create a specific dish which doesn’t appear on our menu. If you would like a particular dish, just ask and we will do our best to accommodate. We will just need a day or two notice and we will accommodate as much as possible.
Our A La Carte menu changes regularly. We aim to provide a variety of options to cater for all tastes. We use only the very best of seasonal produce. There will always be vegetarian or vegan options and we will always provide a variety of deserts too. So whether you prefer a chocolate treat or something a bit lighter we have something for you.
